All alliance types unlock much earlier, at Political Philosophy instead of Civil Service.

Because ancient civilizations made alliances, too!

Venusaisha - I'm a bit unclear about your message ; I am about to start with a game with this but I use JNR's Alliances Expanded - I'm assuming no issue but do you know if that's fine?

Adonis: maybe test & try try mix with Expanded Alliances ,Dynamic Diplomacy (Friendship Bonuses Version) or such ,Immersive Dialogue for the checks n balances. My collections UC-VI( without expanded) , AU-VI(has all) examples. Me not using earlier alliances or expanded alliances current last time , it was to balance out LC-VI. It may also refer to number of mods ye use , max number me went up to is 103.:Diplomat:

maybe it's just me but I unlocked this already but still can't make alliances with anyone, I am way ahead of the AI but still they should have reached this civic already too

I love this idea... and itt imidialy trigered me... can you make relicts steelable ?! I mean ii can steal great works but not relicts... why ?!

more proof of how smart the workshop mod folks are like this, chipping away at the toxic vanilla version imho... this mod will be a part of every game.
