30% Infected Movement Speed

I never liked the idea of sprinting zombies. With this mod the zombies move with 30% of their original speed. This also applies to special infected.

UPDATE: I confused the script value of "75" as "75%", but that's not true. The default zombie run speed value is 250. This mod changes that to 75. 75 is 30% of 250, which means this mod makes the zombies run at 30% of their normal run speed.

Edit to gamemodes.txt:

z_speed 250 [default]
z_speed 75 [this mod]

You still have to keep your head on a swivel, but at least they aren't running now right?

That's all this mod does, but it affects all gamemodes.

WARNING: Like Crazy4Ever said, don't go on anyone else's server with this mod checked, or you risk getting banned. Either use this mod solo or with friends who are also using it, and you won't go wrong.

Put -insecure in your launch options for the game. There's conflicting info about whether or not it will prevent you from joining VAC-secured servers, but it WILL make the servers you host locally non VAC-secured.

In other words, if you want to play with this mod, better to set that launch option (-insecure), and have all those you play the game with have it set too.
