Galaxy Clusters

Updated for 2.x:

This mod alters the Spiral galaxy parameters to turn the arms into isolated clusters. Because 2.0+ is almost entirely hyperlane based, and because I can find no way of generating galaxies with non-connected segments, this results in clusters with a few highly effective hyperlane choke points.

Gameplay for 1.9:

This mod should still work with 1.9, just ignore the incompatibility warning. This mod alters the Spiral galaxy parameters to turn the arms into isolated clusters. The size of the galactic core is modified to prevent warp travel between the clusters until later in the game. Smaller maps may allow travel with the Warp III engine, whereas larger maps may require the Jump Drive. Hyperlanes connecting the clusters remain unaltered.

Note that these are not static maps, they are randomly generated using the "Spiral" setting.
