Wait, the mod isn't broken? My issue was that when I created islands, the wormholes would not spawn to link them up. That was over 3 years ago when the devs added the RoT update and water everywhere. They weren't able to maintain the function that involved wormhole linking in time for release. As such, my mod broke.
I haven't touched the mod since then. I don't know if they got around addressing it. I can check again soon to see if it works and spend a while trying to remember what the heck I was trying to do while coding it those years back.
For the checkmate map, do you just want to play it standalone, or do you want the entire adventure experience? I might be able to do add that map, but I can't guarantee a timeline. That said, a really talented modder, Serpents66 has already created a mod for all of adventure mode.

We'll see. The hoops that I would need to jump through to fix what broke the mod are way out of my expertise as a modder.
That being said, I messaged one of the devs at Klei and he said he might be able to look into it. If that's the case, It's likely the mod would be able to work again. Fingers crossed.
I'm currently again working on the adventures mod with teleportato, just the basics, no fancy stuff like quests or blueprintmode and so on (because I don't have that much time).
Anyway, I'm reworking my already existing teleportato mod, to allow other mods to add their own worlds in form of an adventure. So you could also make any worlds you like, eg. desert only and make a mod dependand on my teleportato mod.
