'Roc' mk1 Light Air Carrier

This is my first attempt at a 'useable' helicarrier, which is actually stable enough to land helis and even planes. Despite filling the entire large hangar, the runway is still very small and quite difficult to land jets on.

Some of the extra features like landing pad locks and winches have been removed for performance reasons. It's still super laggy, but it seems to get much better once you fly it away from the big island.

Controls

Only spawns in the large hangar on the creative start island!

It is controlled from the bridge on the underside - the desired altitude, heading and forward throttle are controlled from the center console. Start the engines with the two-stage switch on the left, and ensure the heading and altitude settings are reasonable before takeoff (recommend 270 bearing and 8m altitude to exit the hangar). For stability, only make one movement at a time (don't ascend, turn, and throttle at the same time).

-Doesn't survive save/load or recall to hangar
