Useful Earthling Settler

As you know, Earthling Settlers exist only to achieve a promised land victory, and nothing else. (Of course, if you are purity, this disadvantage for your brothers and sisters should be for granted!) This mod changes them more "effectively".

In a nutshell, the Earthling Settlement Improvement has similar efficacy to a Civ 5 landmark (Culture +5) and Min Range To City reduce 2. It also provides additional yields as technology evolves with additional training for the Earthling Settlers (see above screenshot!). With this mod, promised land victory will not only stop you from winning the game, but also give you the psychological satisfaction and reward that you actually saved the people of the old Earth.

Q: Wait, Alterd-Rushnano! Earthling Settler is a late purity quest unit in the game. Do you think this mod can really make a meaningful change?
