Tris: reasonable amount.
Texture: 1k with a few maps.
They need a few props to look better.

They are not RICO itself, but they have thumbnails if you add them to the mod.

level 1 is a residential house too, even if is just a single arch. Just to make the pack consistent, don't complain for the lack of actual living space.
