For the colors, I used the Post Processing Shaders, Bloom and Color Modification.

(THIS IS WHAT I USED FOR POST PROCESSING)

(It's actually pretty good, you should save it as a new preset)


(Bloom):
# of passes: 0
Darken: 0.14
Multiply: 0.65
Horizontal: 5.30
Vertical: 4.84
Color multiplier: 1.82

color code:
RED: 204
GREEN: 241
BLUE: 0

(Color Modification)
Brightness: -0.19
Contrast: 1.37
Color multiplier: 0.04
Color Add code:
RED = 16
GREEN = 8
BLUE = 0

Color Multiply:
RED = 10
GREEN = 50
BLUE = 40

I don't have much experience on animating with Gmod or want to learn it to be honest. xD

But I can probably re-make this scene with my improved skills with making artworks, and probably make it a softlamp render. :v

And I also forgot to mention that I used the Atmos add-on to make the lighting a bit different.

Just in case you want the lighting to be exactly from the thumbnail.

(Recommended playing it during noon somewhere at 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM IF YOU have your settings enabled to REAL TIME)
(Just set your PC time to noon if you don't want to wait :v)
