TT Submarine MK1 - B

It's back and compatible with Stormworks Beta!

Submarine with the following features:

Manual or Automatic Depth control, ground avoidance when in auto mode
Manual or Automatic Speed Control,
Floodlights
0 degree turning circle
fully automatic constant stabilisation system
seating for pilot + 4 passengers (cosy)
NEW - automatic drainage of the cabin. If you open the hatch underwater and close again the water will be drained away.

Controls -
W / S - forward/back
A / D - left/right
up / down - manual dive control
1 and 2 - Auto dive control depth setting (or use the throttle handle with the mouse)
3 and 4 - Auto speed control setting (or use the throttle handle with the mouse)

following changes/fixes were applied:
- Fixed the logic on the throttles for auto depth and auto speed as they weren't functioning (a sensitivity feature was added with one of the updates that defaults to 0% - so the throttles couldn't be moved!)
- Reduced ballast weight, it just wanted to sink. Something at some point has been made heavier, or bouyancy may have been reduced. Now it sits level on the water. (unless bouyancy or weight changes again in a future update!)
- Drive propellers lowered, again mass changes I think moved the centre of mass, now they're more inline so it should be more stable
- Drainage in the cockpit so it doesn't flood, and fixed the hatch as hatches were made smaller (Thanks for the heads up Dylan!)
