@Vinnie P I just tested on my PC but nothing happened :/

It sounds like your PC has run out of memory. Do you have any crash log?

I don't know whats wrong, but when I had this mod installed, when i went to start my city my game would get to about 99% loaded then i get a crash to desktop, it did it every time, finally on the 5th attempt, i got my city loaded, but when i went to save, crash to desktop again, after i disabled this mod, i have not had any crashes to desktop, so there maybe something wrong with this mod
