M41A Pulse rifle (Movie Sound)

描述
This mod is based entirely on [X52] Deathshadow's M41A Pulse rifle
The only thing that was done by me was change the weapon's firing sound to be more in line with the movie sound. All credit for actually putting work into this weapon should go to [X52] Deathshadow.

The gun replaces the standart assault rilfe (M16).

As per request I created a version of this mod without any custom sounds, so the default M16 sounds are used.
Search for "M41A Pulse Rilfe (Standart Rifle sounds)"

I think the sound version would work much better on the AK47, as the rate of fire on the M16 makes the sound rather unpleasant when fired on full auto.

Otherwise very good!

none of theys m47a have when you shoot in the movie you see the bullet counter go down and none of theys m47a doesn't bullet counter goes down when you shoot

Thank you for the compliment, altough I just did the sounds. As for replacing other weapons, that's possible to do, but I've stopped working on the mod. It's been years since I worked on it, but as far as I can remember you would need to extract the mod and copy some files with new names to replace other weapons.

Raptor this mod is awesome for any Aliens fan. Any chance you could make the pulse rifle replace a few other weapons, like the AK47? I just wish I could run into the pusle rifle more often. Thanks for the mod, LETS ROCK!!!!!! :Boxing_glove:

Sorry, I don't own Aliens: Colonial Marines, but you are welcome to do it yourself, it's not that hard. I'm no longer working on this mod. To do it yourself, extract the sound you desire from the Aliens game (I admit, that might not be as easy as it sounds), edit it to the correct lenght (best check my file or the original rifle sound for reference, otherwise the sounds from each shot will overlap) and replace it in the mod, then repackage and you have yourself a mod :-)
