Barver Battle Saga: Tai Kong Zhan Shi

- 1996 - RPG by Chuanpu - from TAIWAN (released in Taiwan and Russia)

Humans and daemons develop civilization independently using technology and magic, respectively. Technology comes to triumph over magic, and the world is destroyed in an technological accident. Survivors continued without technology for a thousand years, until the old technology was discovered and returned to use.

Furthermore, the world is divided into four kingdoms, each representing one of the four natural forces and with four temples: Cruz, whose Moon Temple controls water, Galien, whose Sun Temple controls the earth, Zak, whose Star Temple controls technology, and Lear, whose Wind Temple controls wind.

Now the daemons have returned...

- In 2010 the game was fan translated to English by djinn and SteveMartin

"SEGA Mega Drive & Genesis Classics" works much like an emulator. You can add any Mega Drive ROM you like to it.
However, "SEGA Mega Drive & Genesis Classics" is no longer available on Steam. Phantasy Star III was legally sold as DLC. But you can add it yourself.

Any way to play this with another game? I guess we can't buy Phantasy Star 3 any more. I only 2 and 4 I guess...

Oh, FWIW, the music's decent. I will give the game that. I recall really liking the battle tune.

A slight error: I meant for some reason my name is not in the readme as a beta tester. I was so irritated with the game and the main author of the patch that I never got it corrected.
