Template used: 1x1 Park without RICO; 1x1 Low commercial with RICO; It's RICO because the game doesn't understand how to build 1x1 corners.

How many times do I have to explain to you that 1x1 corners will grow EVERYWHERE AND NOT ONLY CORNERS. I said I will not do it time and again. So now once again, no.

Well... "it" (or the game) does understand... and we would love these buildings as growable as well!!! :):)
It would be lovely to have both versions! Or growable preferably :)

These five buildings are also very nice. I like the Ivy, But mostly the difference between the old lower storeys and the upper storeys which are presumably added later.
