描述
Replaces the VOIP beeps that play when a player is using voice chat in multiplayer. The sounds are taken from the Combine radio noises. Also replaces the static overlay that plays in the background when a player is talking.

if you need help recording a video for this Voip mod i suggest getting a friend to help, go into coop with them and play a mod and and record that way. i dont really know what you could do with the gun fire being loud, if anything you should use it for the video as well, showcase the mod while both not in combat, and in a firefight

Yeah, I'm sorry I don't have a video or anything, but it would be really difficult to record - I'd have to start recording and hope someone uses voice chat without being obnoxious, without any loud gunfire, etc
