描述
These improved sandbags are larger and take 33% more damage. They are also heavier and more expensive, and require the upgrade centre to build.

You can use this mod as an example to base your own on.

Small nitpick: why does it produce the regular metallic hit sound when hit with a small weapon? (like the sniper). I'm trying to use the authentic sandbag sound.
