This clone of Steve Rogers isn't noble soldier, or a super-hero neither. He gained strength, agility, stamina, and intelligence without understanding the responsibilities that comes with his powers.
He was sent to fight in the World War II, but instead of coming back as a victorous soldier, he became a war criminal. He didn't respect the lifes of his platoon, which ended up in countless deaths of people that trusted him. After coming back to America his crimes were denounced and he became a enemy of the country.
Getting angry at the United States thinking that he was betrayed by his own country he decided to fight against the free world. He ripped off the "A" from his chest, but he never looked in a mirror to notice that there is an "A" on his forehead...
