Hecate Infantry (normal sniper)

NOTE: The "Hecate Infantry" can be used by the AI and is weaker since it can't damage armoured
things, the "PGM Hecate II" on the other hand, is completely opposite (literally it can't kill bots half
the time).

And yes, i am aware the sprite is backwards.
