Zalman Rowhouse by Khrysler

Typical and dull rowhouse building with authentic pale wood sidings. One of most common American style rowhouses probably built around the turn of 20th century. It's a variation to Yearwood Rowhouse with a little tweaks.

I assume you are talking about by using RICO..? I'm an old-fashioned city builder so Idk how RICO actually recognize the different lot sizes, but what I can think of is save it as 1x3 or 1x4 for yourself and make it into RICO so everytime you plop it, you get the backyard part?

There is a backyard for it only when it spawns as 1x3 or 1x4 though

Perfect as is! If you mix these with your Yearwood rowhouse, then you've got Newark, Providence, even Queens NY. Keep up the good work! (Ahem, make some pressed stone texture for the Baltimorons, will keep them happy ;-) )
