L4D2 Audio Fixes and Improvements (OBSOLETE)

Since The Last Stand update pushed a lot of audio fixes, this add-on is now basically obsolete. I will keep it on the Workshop in case a new update ever reverts back or breaks any of these changes, and also to maintain the reduced volume vehicle sounds.

This is an add-on that is a collection of various fixes and improvements of the base game.

Fix 1: L4D2 broke Francis's incap lines; he's supposed to say one of his "I'm down!" lines like in L4D1, but for whatever reason he just says "No" in L4D2. This restores his original lines.
Fix 2: Coach melee grunting removed. When any survivor uses the axe, they will use Coach's melee swing line. The original mod that tried to fix this didn't exactly work, so I made my own version instead.
Fix 3: When Francis hits Bill with friendly fire, the lines said by Bill, such as "What the hell are you doing, Franics?!" originate from Francis, so this changes them into apology lines from Francis to make more sense.
Fix 4: Coach normally says "We're a party of two" when only one player goes down even though he should say "We're a party of three" or something like that. Now he won't.
Improvement 1-3: The originally very loud sounds of the helicopter in the beginning of Dead Center, the news chopper at the end of No Mercy, the C-13 at the end of Dead Air, and the truck in Crash Course are now lowered so you can hear yourself think during these sections.
Improvement 4: A lot of lines by Rochelle were cut out of L4D2, even though they still exist in the game files. This add-on restores many, if not all of them.

I recommend also obtaining the Quieter Chainsaw Sounds add-on if you don't play competitively. It's not included here because it might be considered cheating in Versus.
