Get Happiness by base yields of culture of buildings and don't gain unhappiness penalty from Ideology. When you conquest a city of a Civilization that have different Ideologies, their resistance turns become 0 and yout units get combat bonus per it by 5%(Maximum 30%.)

Battlecruiser
Replaces the Bomber. Doesn't require strategic resoueces and has more range and combat strength. Can use Yamato Cannon killing a enemy. Gain full energy when capital has a Nuclear Plant.

UU2
Crusio Siege Tank
Replaces the Rocket Artillery. It must set up before attack, but it has more range and combat than it. whenever it attacks a enemy, it also damages to units around.
