Shoot high in the sky and land with lightning explosions

This addon lets you destroy the pesky innocents in a truly shocking way *cough* bad pun

it took me a while to get this working quite right, im not the best at lua but i try my hardest so an upvote would be super nice.

(THE HAMMER NEEDS TO HAVE FALL DAMAGE INFLICTED TO THE PLAYER YOU MUST LAUNCH HIGH ENOUGH TO CAUSE THIS WONT WORK INDOORS. This goes for you too Duncan: https://youtu.be/fj1bCvZwgUM?t=2m21s)

Features:

-Weapon for Traitors that will inflict damage in a radius upon being shot in the air and landing

-Fully annotated Code that if you need to change anything should be easy enough with some lua knowledge

-Custom sound fx taken from the game Battlerite and the character Freya due to her attack being similar to this.
