You have to move the Plates in
...:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Car Mechanic Simulator 2018\cms2018_Data\StreamingAssets\LicensePlates

You have to go in ...:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\645630\1289898742
to find it
and after copy the plate in
...:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Car Mechanic Simulator 2018\cms2018_Data\StreamingAssets\LicensePlates

where do you find the file you have subscribed to move into that file? i can't find em at all to even move that folder
