How to Enable Passengers in City Car Driving:

1. Locate and open the file CarProperty.ini inside the folder:
...\steamapps\common\City Car Driving\data\gamedata\cars\

Find the folder for the Renault Duster. The CarProperty.ini file will be located inside that folder.

(Make sure to create a backup before making any changes.)

2. Add the [Passengers] section at the end of the .ini file:

[Passengers]

For people confused about this being a Renault, not Dacia: In some countries, Renault (who owns Dacia), sells the Duster with their brand, as a Renault vehicle.

This is true, for instance, in Brazil.
