It must have been a game glitch, I restarted and now theres no issues. The game is only in alpha after all xD

@Bambi It wouldn't remove the shop owner, the only files added are a recipe and reaction. Nothing is removed or altered.

Is it possible he's just wandering or the shop is missing required building items?

I added this an for some reason the supermarket owner was removed from the game? I cant tihnk what else it could be so I presumed it was because of this mod.
