I created this from a Vanilla asset - just for my own use - and to put on the collection for my gamesave, but you are all welcome to use it any way you like.

It has 25 households because it is not Rico'd and all non-Rico'd residential highrises have 25 households - regardless of size - per Colossal's unchangeable parameters.

You can use the Realistic Population Mod to give these highrises more residences per building without resorting to the RICO mod to do so. The Realistic Pop Mod automatically sets building residential count based on the size of each building, so the buildings then make sense.

... but if you decide to put RICO on the gamesave after you subscribe to it, you can always make it more logical with Rico Settings.
