I created this from a Vanilla asset - just for my own use - and to put on the collection for my gamesave, but you are all welcome to use it any way you like.

It has 25 households because it is not Rico'd and all non-Rico'd residential highrises have 25 households - regardless of size - per Colossal's unchangeable parameters - but if you decide to put RICO on the gamesave after you subscribe to it, you can always make it more logical with Rico Settings.

Instead of RICO, I use the Realistic Population mod and it, on some of my highrises, gives me 60, or 120, or 150 residences .... depending on the size of the highrise......just a thought if you want more residences in your highrises without using RICO.
