Eric Young

Canadian wrestler Eric Young has had a lot of gimmicks of the years, and regardless of his persona, he has always been a talented, versatile in-ring performer.

Young started with TNA in the early days of the promotion, initially appearing as part of Team Canada for the World X Cup. Alongside partner Bobby Roode, Young won the NWA World Tag Team Championships in 2004, his first of many titles for the organization. By the time Young would leabe TNA/Impact, he had captured the TNA World Heavyweight Championship, held the Television Championship under all four of its names, won the X Division Title, and won a total of five Tag Team Titles (including the Knockouts Tag Team Championship once).

Young was part of multiple groups in TNA, starting with Team Canada, and also including The TNA Frontline, The World Elite and The Band at times.

Young's biggest achievement in TNA was winning the TNA World Heavyweight Championship in 2014. Young won a battle royal on Impact to become the number one contender, then defeated Magnus later that night to win the title. With the win, Young became a Triple Crown and a Grand Slam Champion in TNA.

In 2016, Young signed with WWE and debuted the SAnitY stable. Alongside Alexander Wolfe, Nikki Cross, initially Sawyer Fulton, and later Killian Dain, SAnitY wreaked all across NXT, often facing groups of babyfaces assembled together for multi-man matches. SAnitY won the NXT Tag Titles at NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn III, but dropped the titles to The Undisputed ERA at the end of 2017.
