It's Noface the no face from the animated movie "Spirited away". It's quite good, maybe go watch it if you have yet to see it....

Noface goes around spawning gold and then eating the things he spawns gold at, When he eats, he grows, and becomes fat. If you give him medicine/medical, he will consume it, become violent (breifly) then lose all adjectives, stop eating things, and become friendly.
