Description, got a few things that could use a fix, but not too much work, one elevator aint working and should be fixed or replaced. this map can be decompiled and is optimized to a higher grade quality that anyother map out there. it cuts the render boxes that created your visual "scene" just perfect to keep the FPS low & quality high.

the map itself is about 95% finished, needs a little lights + a few doors needs a fix, but theese stuff can be removed by c4 charge or an admin remover tool for now. ive currently left this project alone. ive spendt like 2,5 years working on the map a little every week.

if only i had time i would live to create more maps but i have grown up afther 13 years of garrysmod playing.. now i hope for someone else to hire me as a map creator for any games or anyone else to pick up this old garrys mod map fix the last missing pices and rule the day!

this map has a lot of extra content so check out what you need to subscribe i have content posted in my public workshop this is quite a decent size of file, it contains a lot of props and models to be used both for the map. as well as ingame within your menu Q

if you want to start editing a downtown version id recomend you to use this as a start out. i have redrawn everything allignes & should be easy removed / rebuild. with out having a leak trough out your whole map...
