Zengo Village Tea House - Japanese Style Tea House/Restaurant

Boasting a 3 level serving and entertaining area, this tea house is sure to bring in the regulars! The Zengo Village Tea House is designed to provide a space for relaxation, fun, and rugid elegance. The well landscaped perimeter provides a lovely strolling area, complete with a octagonal pagoda, stone bridge, and dramatic weeping foilage. The Tea house itself has 360 degrees of view thanks to the interior porch. The first level hosts a casual atmosphere for patrons where they may choose to sit at a table or at a bar area next to the kitchenette. Upon entering the serving area the customers may be directed appropriately by the host of the Tea house who stands at their own lecturn. The second level offers relaxed seating for larger parties, as well as subtle vistas through side windows. In the basement patrons might partake of the healing waters of the pond, or they may wish to enjoy the intimate atmosphere of a more formal secluded seating/dining area.

This is a large and expensive build, and to build it from scratch without substitutions you'll need both the industrial and medieval recipes. There are spaces between floors and in some walls where you can hide mechanisms if you so wish. The lighting is designed to give the most dramatic effect, it is advised to leave it alone. This build uses a butt-ton of iron and obsidian, and a large amount of wood. The pond will be the hardest part of the build, I advise you to go slow in layers starting at the bottom, then finishing the bottom completely before doing the second layer.
