Peter heard about Xcom, but he didn't want to be a hero. He just wanted to study and live peaceful life. But when during Advent Raid his uncle was killed, he decided he needs to make sure nothing will happen to aunt May, so he took her and signed up as new member of the Resistance.

Warning, I guess: This mod is used as a base for Amazing Spider-Man Voicepack, the AS-M Voicepack just adds around 100 lines that reference Spider-Man and it's lore (and webs, it's mostly webs).

To look like Spider-Man: you can use ObelixDk's Marvel Squadmate - Spider-Man or WotC version.
Or Cayfabe's Spider-Man Advanced or Spider-Man Noir.
And last but not least, Quaternion's Avengers Endgame Character Pack also offer a Spider-Man costume.
