描述
The regen cap for all units is now set to 1000% of original health, for the undead can never truly be killed off.
This seriously makes the Vampire Counts hilariously OP, particularly VLAAAD!

Mods are designed to have no possible compatibility or version issues.

Mods are primarily for my personal use and are probably are not balanced and are instead used for RP and testing.

The regeneration cap has basically always seemed retarded anyway though. I like this. If it does prove to be too gamebreaking, maybe you could give us a version of this that halves all regeneration effects or something like that? If it's not too much work though (like if there is just a regeneration value you can change, and not have to do every unit / spell)
