A pack of growables featuring simple brick blocks for your mid-sized town. The model is inspired by a building(800 Peachtree St.) in Atlanta, GA. Yes yes I know some of the textures don't line up with the different variants perfectly.

1. - 4x4 Left Corner, LV3 Low Commercial

5. - 4x4 Right Corner, LV3 Low Commercial

Don't like the shopsigns? Then just ignore the 'required props'. I put it there for convinience & because people almost never read the description.

Model Info(See Screenshots): Main/LOD - 210~756 / 26~59 Tris. Textures/LOD - 1025 x 512 D,A,N,I,S / 256x128~256 D,I

You'll need Plop The Growables Mod if you want to manually place them along with MoveIt! for more precise placement.
I also highly recommend using Loading Screen Mod as these buildings share the same textures.

WOW! This is very accurate. I actually lived in the building about 10 years ago. Nice walkable midtown neighborhood at the time. Nice Work!

There is something seriously wrong with these buildings. They are attracting literally thousands of people (9 buildings) and comepletely clogging upp the entire area. No other commercial buildings do this. What is happening?

i would love a version of this with a color mask (that we could adjust ingame w Painter mod) instead of the brick facade. This is the type of structure that is severely lacking in the game :medkit:
