50% Stealth Chance in Veteran Quests

This is a very simple mod: during veteran quests, the monsters who are capable of stealth will only have a 50% chance of receiving this status upon spawn.
I made this mod to get a smoother transition from apprentice to champion dungeons, giving the player more time to familiarize with the stealth mechanic and to elaborate the strategies that counter it.

Pliskin snakes and the new enemies from Color of Madness are unaffected by the mod and they will always have 100% stealth chance.
The Shieldbreaker DLC is NOT required to use this mod.
