Update 4/3/2018:
I'm waiting for Sand Storm mod compatibility so this may get discontinued

REPLACE:
- incendary/molotov/smoke throw voice lines (smoke is bugged or misplaced atm)
- replace coop intro voice line
- all security (except for leader) reloading voice lines replaced

WHAT'S IN PROGRESS:
- replace all the radial voice lines (this take a lot cause i need to edit 'em)
- replace HQ's radial (same as above, took time)
- normalize some lines
