21 households if using RICO (since it's footprint is only 3x4 and it's only 21 floors between the lobby below and the cafeteria on the top floor)

I created this highrise (from a Vanilla building) with the intention of it being a really nice Level 5 Senior Living Facility ... but as it turns out, I can't figure out how to make it take in only 55+ residents.....so it's just a really nice Level 5 highrise condo with a great 16 foot high cafeteria and sky-lounge on the top floor and a 16-foot high lobby surrounded by resident-use only mini-stores like a hair salon, a small coffee shop, a small mini-mart to keep residents from having to run to a commercial area just to stock their frig, a tiny gift shop, a little flower shop, etc.

I will place it in the Non-RICO gamesave I want to share to Workshop in a few days or weeks from now.

Someday, maybe, I'll find out how to get only seniors to go to this building, and if I ever do, then I'll try to update this one for that purpose, but till then.....

.... my plan is to create a nice neighborhood of nothing but these highrise condos (maybe surrounded by another neighborhood of nice, tropical homes), in a nice quiet corner of one of the islands on my gamesave, and give this area it's own little metro station right in the middle of the neighborhood .....

.... but you are all welcome to use it any way you like.....my only requirement is that you have a lot of fun with it.
