"Down on the Farm"

Bob Evans is a chain of American restaurants with over 600 locations in 24 states, founded in 1948. Bob Evans serve American style food, but some locations also sell, snacks, baked goods, and small gifts.

I decided to completly re-do my old Bob Evans asset since it no longer held up to my standards.

This model was based off the Bob Evans in Bay City, MI. [www.google.com]

Two sign props are included in the download. RICO mod settings are also included.
Parking lots and other landscaping is not included.

Thanks, that's what I thought after the fact.

By the way, great assets of yours. Very helpful, since I'm obsessed with building sprawling american cities :)
