This home is a duplicate of Bs Tropical Waters Home 02-L5 (which is on a 4x4 lot), but this one is on a 3x4 lot.

***** PLEASE NOTE THAT REQUIRED ITEMS ARE A MUST-SUBSCRIBE ***** as without them, this asset is just a house with a large yard of grass around it. This home was created by me out of a vanilla home that I plopped onto a nice large lot and landscaped.

Use this any way you like. I only have it on Workshop so I can eventually get it to stay on my Bs Tropical Waters gameshare. So it has to be here to add to my Bs Tropical Waters Homes Collection for that gamesave. But you are welcome to use it any way you like.
