Remove Torchlight Increase From Skills

COMPATIBLE WITH THE MUSKETEER DLC

Mod made by request.
It removes the +torch effect from Bulwark of Faith, Inspiring Cry, Rallying Flare, Skeet Shot, Dazzling Light and Illumination, a useful feature for those who like to play in total darkness.

It seems that there was another such mod in this workshop before but it disappeared. My version has improved compatibility with other mods: it only modifies the light altering effects but not the hero skills, so it should work just fine with all crusader, vestal, arbalest and musketeer mods.

If you are using a mod of one of the above mentioned classes and it changes somehow the light effects of their skills, you should place my mod on top of that one in order to obtain the right priority order.
