I always try to recommend people have a crack at modding when the itch to change something strikes. A lot of it is very complicated but there are a TON of simple changes that can be made very easily and quickly. To disable the chaos units in this mod there's a bunch of different ways but it'd basically just be opening a table and deleting a row of information.

I'm afraid not. Maintaining multiple mod versions has been a hassle I won't be repeating come TW3. The good news is that it's really, really, really easy to just crack the mod open and delete the stuff you don't want. 20 mins to set up RPFM and read a how-to guide, 2 mins to open the mod and delete what you don't want. I'll be happy to answer any queries if you try it and get stuck.

Can we get a version that only adds the new units for Vampire Counts?

There is a faction in the game-Chaos Rebel Uprising (Subculture - Chaos Warriors). It can be made playable in multiplayer, and to register the units as well as add your own. To rename a faction of the Chaos Rebel Uprising in Cults of Chaos.

Creating an entirely new faction is well beyond my current ability. It would be a massive undertaking and I'm not sure if it is even possible. Existing factions have been expanded or changed but I'm not sure if anything has been made from scratch.
