NOTE: This mod requires the Quest Reward Leveler, as the Horn of Knowledge is located on the same altar.

Have you reached a point where you ran out of perk points, but you still want some of those cool skills. Then the Oblivion Style Perks mod is for you. Rather than being required to spend perk points, using the Horn of Knowledge (located near the lumbermill, on the altar for the Quest Reward Leveler) all perks that you have the skill level to acquire are automatically obtained, similar to how they were obtained in Oblivion. You will still need to use the horn after leveling your skills in order to get new perks. In the meantime, you can still use available perk points that you have not spent to upgrade new perks while on a quest or in a dungeon.

I wrote this simply because IMO there were not enough perk points to spend. If I wanted to enchant my armor and smith it, that removed a substantially large amount of perks from actual combat skill trees, which was frustrating.

Awesome Mod, I was wondering if you could make a version of this mod which works with "Syynxs Perky - The Major Perk Overhaul" mod? That would make this game near perfect! Thanks.

could you also make a mod where a, the lower tier perks need a cost and another where you actually choose minor and major perks?

I recently made a new mod that altered one of the skill trees, and in the process I noticed that this one was only able to interact with the pre-existing perks, and then only when they had the same exact skill level requirement as before.

This is very welcome! Ive been using a script dragon plugin that does the same thing, of course the major downside there is that script dragon breaks every time a new update of skyrim comes out, and the author sometimes takes up to a week to update his code... which gets very frustrating as Im sure you can imagine!
