V200 Repaint: Blue/Ivory

My first repaint of the fantastic model made by Grimes. In the early 70's
the Deutsche Bundesbahn (DB) implemented a new and sometimes controversial
colorscheme. This colorscheme, ivory over blue, looked good on most modern
trains, but not so on some of the more older designs. The V200 was one the
most controversial, because the original colorscheme was strongly favoured.

This repaint needs the original V200 made by Grimes in order to run. Sub-
scription isn't enough, you have to load the actual model ingame.
