[MVG] Phase One Shadow Troopers

This is a Model around the elite regiment, Republic Shadow Forces (RSF). They were sent on important missions that required great levels of stealth and skill. They were created due to the small numbers of ARC troopers, and were used to recon battlefields and take up covert missions.
