This is a combination of some clothes from GTA V. The mask and armor are from Doomsday Heist. It is fully based on one of the selectable outfits in one of the missions of this DLC. The mask glows in the dark too.

i really enjoyed the splinter cell classic well it's called tom clancys splinter cell
