Oasis Towers by KingLeno

Stand alone Oasis Towers. Includes the 2 towers that make up The Oasis Hotel & Casino Resort but can now be placed separately.

Since these were originally created for my Paradise Valley Cities Skylines series as a part of a larger asset, the main tower has no doors or lobby, but I have included a separate door prop to add on.

its a great looking building, and would love to use it, but it lists as a residential building with households rather than commercial / hotel / tourism.

@phantomkuru these buildings, as with most of my assets aren't meant to be played with regular simulation. These are meant to be played with RICO settings, and I do not pay attention to whatever the vanilla requirements are since they are meant to be plopped by the player with mods.

Sorry for a very late response, but I don't understand why the minimum requirement for tower 2 is 20,000 commercial zones? Like this is a FANTASTIC asset and all but that would be the one thing I would change. You could make it like 5,000 but other than that, great asset.
