Bs Tropical Waters Home 06-L5 by HGscMENTOR ** Use this one instead of Bs Tropical Waters Home 06 ** because this one is set at Level 5 (hence, the -L5 in it's name) so it won't "morph" into another house you don't want. I don't know about the rest of you, but when I place a specific house in a specific spot to create a specific type of neighborhood, I want it to STAY there, not turn into some ugly pop-art industrial piece of ..... weeeellllll, you get my drift.

Just created this for my Islands City but you are welcome to use it if you like.

This home was created by False Lucidity - who has given me permission to place his homes on landscaped lots for my collections. My heartfelt thanks goes out to him for that as his home are some of the most beautiful homes I've seen on Workshop. As well as creating homes that are extremely well detailed, he tends to place nice large porches on most of them -- and in my opinion, no home is finished being constructed till it has a nice covered and deep porch all the way around. Kudos to you, False Lucidity - and thanks again.
