Ugandan Knuckles Hat + Voice Lines

A simple mod using the default helper hat as a base. It comes with 5 voice lines that plays randomly when you activate your ability:

1. 'Do you know the way?'
   
   
2. "You gonna know the way.'
   
   
3. 'I think you know the way.'
   
   
4. 'My brothers, this is the way!'
   
   
5. 'I will show the way.'

It also comes with 2 bonus sound effects: the classic 'Oh no' sound when you get hit and a subtle 'clok' one that plays when you release the shift button.
