Get ready for unpredictable blobs in the weirdest places. OP OPMs gives insane modifiers to smaller countries to even the tables of EU4. Wow your friends with screenshots of crazy blob countries.

Riga blob? Sure.
Independent Urbino? Why not!
Ryukyu? Ming doesn't stand a chance.

So go ahead and play the underdog nations, and dominate all your enemies.

• Compatible with pretty much any mod. This mod doesn't edit existing files, only adds new ones.

Observations about this mod so far:

• Vassals often break free
  
• Blobbing in places like Ireland, HRE, and Japan is difficult because nearly everyone is OP
  
• Indonesia is both full of OP nations and gets colonized really fast
  
• The HRE is not as chaotic as expected
  
• Ottomans get rekt
  
• Navarra consistently takes over all of Iberia (so far)
  
• Word of advice: DON'T SPAWN JAN MAYEN.
