A large brick planter for your plazas. This is a decorated park found in the Plaza menu. Since it's a building you can place props or trees on it in the asset editor or in game (requires Prop Snapping and Tree Snapping).

If you decorate your own version and upload it to the workshop, all I ask is credit for the model and a link to the original. :)

Ah ok I didn't know this placement limitation. I wish I could see people sitting on the bench around theses terraces.
Anyway I try to not plop these everywhere on blank gap in my city ^^

@peuchy: Yes, it doesn't have any attraction values as it otherwise couldn't be plopped anywhere. I usually use Fine Road Anarchy 2 to place pedestrian paths around it so people walk by it. But unfortunately it would lose flexible placement to attract people. :/

Hi Avanya ! Thx for all your work, I loved all of your stuff and these terraced planters. But nobody in my town come to visit it. Is that a normal behavior ?
