UPDATE 3/21/2019:

THE MOD HAS ADDED A SHIELD, IT REQUIRES THE BALLISTIC SHIELD MOD TO FUNCTION CORRECTLY.

With this final update, my plans for this set of mods is complete. I have improved textures as well as I can, and I have added the Sunlight Shield as an equipable shield for the Ballistic Shield mod. Thank you all for supporting this, the first of my mods, and I hope you all will continue to support my work going forward.

I was disappointed how few fantasy ports had been done for XCOM 2 considering we have a class that uses swords. Figured I'd be the change I wanted to see in the world.

This mod adds the following from Dark Souls 1 to all 3 tiers:

Sword:
Sunlight Straight Sword
Zweihander

Assault Rifle:
Light Crossbow

Shotgun:
Heavy Crossbow (Arbalest in later games)

Sniper Rifle:
Sniper Crossbow (Duh)

Cannon:
Avelyn

Ballistic Shields (from Musashi's Ballistic Shield mod):
Sunlight Shield

All crossbows use the Boltcaster animations and projectiles, but they are statistically identical to their respective vanilla weapons.

Damn Zweihander is such a great sword but that shield ruins it.

What tag is this looking for to let the sword be equipped? I am using the proficiency class mod and my assault infantry cant equip doesn't have the option to equip the swords.

Could you have an identical version of the Zweihander but without the shield? My holy crusader (Primary secondaries + paladin class mods) has a shield inside his left lung... It would be nice to get it out you know :)
